The general conditions of sale (the “CGV”) detailed below apply to all product orders – unless otherwise specified on the product sheets – placed via the Site (the “Products”) with Atelier Leksart by any person (the “Client”).
The Customer must read the General Terms and Conditions and accept them prior to any order (the “Order”).

These general conditions of sale define the terms and conditions of distance selling concluded between Atelier Leksart and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase of one or more items for sale on the site.https://www.atelier-leksart.com
All the elements constituting the site https://www.atelier-leksart.com(the texts, images, software, etc.) are protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property. The Client is therefore prohibited from copying, reproducing and distributing all or part of the Site, in any form whatsoever without the express authorization of Atelier Leksart.
OBJECT
These conditions apply, to the exclusion of all other conditions, exclusively to non-commercial individuals. Atelier Leksart retains the right to modify these general conditions of sale, governed by French law, at any time, without notice.
The applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
REGISTRATION
To be able to place an Order, the Customer must first register on the Site by creating an account containing the Customer’s information (the “Account”).
When creating their Account, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data they provide. The Customer is required to always update his personal information. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Atelier Leksart cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering Products.
PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale are those described on the Site on the day of consultation of the Site by the Customer, within the limits of available stocks. These indications are automatically updated in real time. However, an error in the update, whatever the origin, does not engage the responsibility of Atelier Leksart. As such, Atelier Leksart cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of an Order for a Product due to exhaustion of stocks.
The images of the articles on the Atelier Leksart site are presented for illustration purposes only. Although we strive to reflect the color of products as closely as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color is accurate. Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up with the greatest possible accuracy.
Atelier Leksart also declines all responsibility for the consequences of a malicious act caused by a third party and resulting in a modification of the content of the site.
Atelier Leksart takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of its products to best satisfy the Customer's information. However, it is possible that errors may appear on the Site, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.
It is possible that the Customer may receive a part previously returned by another person following an Order. It is specified that Atelier Leksart only accepts the return of intact and unworn Products, these two conditions being checked before returning the returned Products to stock.
Each item is offered while stocks last. Errors may exceptionally exist, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by several customers.
Atelier Leksart declines all responsibility in the event of cancellation of a model by one of its suppliers or unavailability.
ORDERS
Taking an Order on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by Atelier Leksart on the Site including successive steps leading to validation of the Order.
The Customer can select as many Products as he wishes which will be added to the basket (the “Basket”). The Basket summarizes the Products chosen by the Customer as well as the prices and related costs. The Customer may freely modify the Basket before validation of his Order. Validation of the Order constitutes confirmation of the Customer's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, the Products purchased, their price as well as the associated costs.
The order is only validated upon receipt of a confirmation email summarizing the Order which will be sent to the Customer by Atelier Leksart. To this end, the Customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation by Atelier Leksart of the content of their Order.
Atelier Leksart reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an Order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of a difficulty concerning the Order received. The Customer cannot claim any damage in this respect.
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated.
NEWSLETTER
Sending commercial emails to a prospect who has already purchased a product, provided that the products are similar to the one he purchased, is permitted by law. Atelier Leksart reserves the right to send newsletters under these conditions, subject to the possibility given to the Customer to unsubscribe or oppose the receipt of new emails.
PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The prices of the products are indicated on the Site in euros (€) and delivery is made to any country where the order is authorized by the Site.
All prices displayed are calculated and include the value added tax (VAT) applicable according to the rules in force.
Atelier Leksart reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration and payment of the Order, subject to availability.
The Products are payable in cash upon placing the Order.
Payment for purchases is made by credit card only.
The Products remain the property of Atelier Leksart until full payment of their price.
The data recorded and kept by Atelier Leksart constitutes proof of the Order and of all sales made on the site;https://www.atelier-leksart.com
PAYPAL PAYMENT IN SEVERAL INSTALLMENTS

What purchase amounts are eligible for 4X Payment and what are the conditions?
Paypal offers a 4X* payment solution which allows you to pay for your purchases, from €30 to €2,000, in 4 installments over 3 months, the first payment being due at the time of purchase, without additional costs.
This service is only available to individuals residing in France and reserved for individuals aged 18 and over. It is imperative to have a French PayPal account to benefit from this service or to create a free Paypal account.
However, Payment in 4X is available subject to acceptance for purchases from €30 to €2,000

Are there any fees associated with a 4X Payment?
There are no fees associated with using 4X Payment.

Is this a contract with Atelier LeksArt or with PayPal?
The 4X Payment facility is independent of Atelier LeksArt. Atelier LeksArt declines all responsibility in the event that your request for payment in 4x is refused. For any problem with the payment of your order, we invite you to contact PayPal customer service.
If your 4X Payment request is approved, you enter into a contract with PayPal. This means that PayPal is the lender.

Where can you find the amount of your due dates and the total amount you still have to repay?
Log in to your PayPal account, navigate to 4X Payments, then click on the 4X Payment you want to view. You can see the amounts of your previous due dates in the Activity of your 4X Payment.
You can also view the amounts of upcoming deadlines by clicking on Show upcoming deadlines. The amount you still have to repay is shown under "Remaining".
RETURNS
In accordance with article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days upon receipt of your package to return your items to us.
Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted. The jewelry must be in perfect salable condition, new, clean, unworn original product and packaging. Please include the delivery note or invoice in the return, otherwise the return cannot be processed.
Return costs and risks are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Any return not presenting a purchase order, after the deadline, or containing damaged/broken/worn products or marked by use not in accordance with that recommended or by insufficiently protective packaging during transport, may be refused.
The return must be made via shipment with a tracking number in order to follow the traceability of the mail.
Earrings and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
RESPONSIBILITY
The seller will not be considered responsible or defaulting for any delay or non-performance resulting from the occurrence of a case of force majeure usually recognized by case law (such as disruptions, strikes or total or partial closures of postal services and means of transport for technical or public health reasons, etc.) or in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the Product.
Atelier Leksart cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
ARCHIVES
Atelier Leksart will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The computerized records of Atelier Leksart will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
NOMINATIVE INFORMATION
Atelier Leksart undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information you communicate to it. These remain confidential. They will only be used by our internal services for the processing of your order or any other form of communication between Atelier Leksart and its customers. They are kept for a maximum of 5 years.
Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and oppose information concerning him, under the conditions provided for by law. and the regulations in force.
